We strive to foster a culture of safety, and to emphasize quality with every individual in our organization, from subcontractors on our job sites to our field employees to upper-level management. To evidence our safety efforts, we proudly boast an EMR of .47. That has resulted in few to zero recordable incidents, days away from work, and – most importantly – few to zero injuries to our field employees and teams of subcontractors. For us, ensuring safety is more than paperwork and checking boxes; safety is a moral obligation.
