Working with the Berkeley County Commision we transformed an extremely deteriorated building into a state of the art office complex that is used for the County’s Day Reporting. The project included demolishing the interior of the building along with some concrete floors to allow for new plumbing to be installed. Using metal stud framing we divided the facility into multiple offices and conference rooms. The exterior of the building received a new front entry addition and brick was installed on the corners of the building. To finish the project we installed new sidewalks and an asphalt parking lot.
