The Morgan Local School District’s New Raider Stadium project entailed the demolition of the existing track and field and construction of the new stadium facility that includes a stadium building comprised of classrooms, locker rooms, restrooms, canopy entrance to the stadium, and a concession stand; home grandstands, press box, visitor grandstand, running track and synthetic turf playing field. The construction phase began in May 2022 and lasted approximately twelve months – wrapping up in time for the 2023 Fall sports season.
This project was successful due to excellent communication and good relationships with the project’s owner and design teams. As the project was within half an hour of our main office in Waterford, OH, the desire to add value to our immediate community drove us. Every aspect of the completed New Raiders Stadium, from the foundation to the finishing touches, showcases the expertise and dedication of the skilled professionals involved and is sure to be an asset to the Morgan Local School District for decades to come.
